Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum in a Dish

So there seems to be a week or month in celebration of everything these days.  Did you know that the second week in March is Bubble Gum Week?  I just discovered this fun bit of knowledge and my kids are going to be thrilled that I did.  In celebration of Bubble Gum Week, I created five fun free printables to attach to their little chewy treats (you can get them at the bottom).

I'll print this first one on sticker paper and cut them out with a 2.25" circle cutter. This will be my kids' favorite because they LOVE Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape.

This next one was inspired by Living with Three Moon Babies.  She has a great tutorial on how to turn this printable into a cute little gumball machine.  And for those of you looking for a gluten free, dairy free, dye free gum ball, I recommend Tree Hugger All Natural Bubble Gum.

This one is my favorite.  I'm not quite sure why.  Maybe because it's simple and cheesy.

If you have little ones that aren't quite ready for gum, "You Are So Sweet" can be attached to gummies or another sweet treat of your choice.

And to finish it off, I made a very pink, very bubble gum themed printable.

In addition to their chewy treats, my two little ones will also get to enjoy reading bubble gum themed books.  Here are a few great choices if you'd like to read along.

This book is fantastic in so many ways. It answers explains how gum was accidently invented and why it was pink. I like it most because it teaches the importance of not giving up.

A super cute story of a little piglet and his little brother and the joy of bubble gum. It's the perfect book for celebrating bubble gum week. Be warned though, this book could easily become a frequently requested bedtime story.

Mine are now probably past this one but if you have toddlers, this is a fun and silly little rhyming tale.

I hope one of these printables will be just right for your celebration of Bubble Gum Week!  Just click on the links to get your FREE printables.  Just be sure to like my Facebook page!

Today I'm sharing ideas that involve snack items.  I included links to sites offering super cute and creative printables that can be used with these ideas and sayings.  As much as I'd love to show you how cute the final products look, the images aren't mine so you'll have to click to their sites to see how fabulous their shares are.

This first is one that I created last year and gave to the kids' teachers with a bag of Popcornopolis.  I included a link at the end if you'd like to use this freebie.
